Why It Matters
An overgrown tract is hard to sell, hard to insure, and hard to even walk. Clearing turns it back into land you can use and land a buyer or appraiser can see the shape of.
The right method depends on the goal. If you need bare dirt for a slab, that is one kind of job. If you need the lot opened up and kept green, mulching does it with less disturbance and usually less money. We do both and will tell you which one your project needs.
